Eunwoo's acting debut was a Cameo role in the Film My Brilliant Life as healthy Ah-reum.

My Brilliant Life is a powerful portray of the challenges the parents of Ah-reum faces. Ah-reum is born with a very rare disease which makes his 16 year old body look like an 80 year old. Following a documentary about his condition, he receives letters from a girl with the same condition. These provide comfort and hope for him and he tries  to recount the his parents love story as a final gift to them
